Felt Safe Here

I’ve seen several complaints of issues with apartments in disrepair etc. I may have escaped because I lived in the newest section, but I had an opposite experience. My apartment was well cared for and maintained - truly never a major issue. I rarely heard my neighbors and felt safe living there.

Definitely Recommend

The Township Apartment Homes, is probably the nicest and most understanding apartment complex I’ve lived at. I moved in to a 2 bed 1.5 bath townhome and have only lived here for a little over a month but have loved it ever since. I’ve only had one issue which was when ever it would rain the kitchen would (not flood) but get water in it. The maintenance team has always responded back within an hour of receiving the work order and always shows up immediately after the phone call. During this whole COVID-19 outbreak I was out of work for a week and then the following week my work had messed up my paycheck due to the pandemic. So I had to pay my rent 2 weeks late but the Township management team has been understanding and helpful in every way possible and have waived the late fees. I have amazing neighbors who actually want to be friendly every time they see you and all in all I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND The Township to anyone. A little on the pricier side but definitely worth it for the area, the team at the township, and the apartment it’s self. Sean and Maria have been amazing and helpful through the move in process as well as the delayed rent issue and waving the late fees. Thank you guys!

Happy After 5 Years

I’ve lived here for 5 years and it has been pleasant. Neighbors are quiet. I just had my first maintenance call and the young man that came out was very professional and fixed my issue in less than 10 min. The office staff could be a little friendlier but we all have bad days. I could have just caught her on a bad day or hectic moment.

On Top of Things

I have a renovated apartment with the wood flooring and all of my friends are jealous! I didn't have any trouble with the leasing process, I filled out an application, got approved, and moved in the next day. My leasing agent was on top of things and called me whenever there were questions. Signing the lease took about twenty minutes and then I got the keys. So far I haven't heard my neighbors or really anything once I'm in my apartment. I would recommend for anyone wanting a good apartment in the Northland.

Good Experience

So far I have had a very good living experience. Staff very friendly maintenance as DONE great !! Task completed within 3 or 4 days. No MESS and a courtesy note explaining what was done. My neighbors are quiet and friendly.

Kind and Helpful

It's been a good experience. Staff and maintenance are kind and very helpful. The apartments are clean, well maintained and comfortable. I love living fixed my washer in a short time because they didn't want me to go up and down the steps to carry out my laundry and the weather is very cold.

Good Community

A pretty good community the time I have been here. I have seen 2 management companies and no complaints with either. Parking could be better at my building, but quiet neighbors, and a great apartment make up for the occasional bad parking.

Friendly from the get go

The staff members have been friendly from the first phone call of interest to moving in and answering questions and still current day! They continue to be wonderful and helpful. There were minor bumps along the way but Sean handled things with such understanding and class, they made sure we were happy when all was said and done.

Quick and Effective

The Township is quick and effective when being notified of a maintenance issue, polite staff, clean grounds and plenty of places for me and my fur baby to explore. If I encounter any issue, the front desk staff is available, courteous and empathetic to any issues I experienced.

Simple and Convenient

Move in process was simple and convenient. They made setting up utilities a breeze with their handy move in letter with all the details. Sean was very responsive to all my emailed questions as I tried to find the best floor plan for my family. Move in day was a breeze too. Everyone seems warm and friendly here.

Better Than Expected

Pretty Good Experience

Our 5 years here have been good . Work orders pretty quick especially now. No big complaints except for the light in parking lot between 401/409.This apartment is getting outdated and I think the rent here is too high compared to other newer units.

Love the Community

We really love the community it has been great. I must say though it is a little uncomfortable that since we have got here we have been randomly chosen for two inspection. Per note left on our door the word sound like the respect of privacy and right to know is not being respected. I completely understand that inspection have to be done but I believe we deserve the respect of know and perparing for guess entering our home.

No Plans to Move

Until this recent event I have always loved living here. I do however think the new paint job makes it look less appealing and more low budget rental. I still like living here and do not plan to move anytime soon. Office staff has always been very helpful.

Excellent Location

Pros Outweigh Cons

I have enjoyed my stay! The township apartments are affordable and a great space to live. I feel safe in the community and enjoy how close it is to some of my favorite places. Maintenance is quick and responsive to work orders and many great amentities when available. Could brush up on consistency with communication to residents but only minor compared to the many great things.

Genuine Care

Apartment office staff has all been very friendly and efficient. When you put in a work order they genuinely care about your request. It's a rather large apartment community so it took a minute to get my work order filled but it wasn't too long. Maintenance stuff came in and were very friendly and very efficient. Prayers Answered

I have lived here for 3 months and am convinced that the Lord answered my prayers by leading me to my home here. The entire Township Team is kind, professional, knowledgeable, and honorable. I feel a warm welcome, like a hug, every time I speak to, see, or wave to one of the team. I have had some service work done and the maintenance crew is always quick to respond and more than capable of completing any and all tasks. If you are looking for an apartment home that is lovely and up to date and a community of people who care about you and go "the extra mile" to welcome you and help, then The Township Apartment Homes is the place you need to be.

Truly a Community

Loved my Townhome

I loved living in the townhomes. It is roomy and it feels like a house, instead of an apartment. My street was nice and quiet. It is also a great location so I could to walk to the pool, when it's open. I loved the easy access to the grocery store and to major highways. The unit needs updating but all in all, I really enjoyed living here and would still be but I am relocating out of state.

Very Smooth Process

My experience with Township has been very positive so far, minus a slight hiccup with paperwork when I first moved in, everything has been very smooth. Any issues I have had with maintenance have been resolved very quickly and I really haven't had any issues with anything besides a clogged drain and some lights going out. The upkeep on the exterior of the building is very good as well, having recently been repainted with nice modern colors and the grass is maintained every week by an outside company.

Easy Transfer

When I 1st moved here it was in the apartments on N Cherry Drive and I was disappointed in the unit I was in. I was so happy to move into the unit I am now in on 103rd St. Everything is so much better and no spiders at all.

Great Strides

New management is taking great strides to improve the inside and outside appearances with post move out upgrades and concurrent exterior improvements. The garage rental option is not common in the Northland and are less expensive per month than any nearby rental units. Very responsive maintenance team.

Good Overall Experience

Overall, the experience has been good. My husband had lived here previously, so we were familiar with the property. We like the convenient location and adequate parking with garage option. Pets are welcome (for a substantial cost). Rent is fairly typical for this area. The pool area and fitness center are nice.

I love living here!

I love living here! The staff has been excellent, maintenance requests are handled with skill and timeliness. The apartments are very nice and spatious. The people are friendly and I like that the walls between units seem to be thick so there is not a lot of excess noise. I also like the things that the new property owners are doing.

Honesty at its best!

I wanted to write a review about the Township, I have read over the over reviews and I wanted to have my own say. I noticed that there was some reviews that were unhappy that they received $100 late charge for being one day late. this isn't the office's fault as it does state in your lease about late charges. I can contest as I have had a few of these. This is not the offices fault but my own we get up until the 5th day to pay the rent and then on the 6th you do receive a late fee if you haven't paid. I will be leaving the Township soon but I wanted to say that the maintenance team are great, If I have ever needed anything Con has always come to fix my issues and he is a really nice man. The office team have always been fair with me, Sean has always been honest with me and Laurie has always been quick to handle any work orders that I may had. I will miss the community and I hope to one day return here and I would recommend it to all.

Perfect Example of Change for the Better

The change since the new management has taken over from Trinity is fantastic. I have lived at Township for five years and love the complex. Laurie in the office has been professional and has called to make sure any problems I'm having are taken care of. Both Con and Tim with the Maintenance Department have been to my apt numerous times to help me whenever I call. They are the BEST!!! The staff has also done a wellness check on me since I have been diagnosed with Cancer just to make sure that all is well. With the previous group from Trinity I found them unprofessional, mean spirited and rude. I intended to move when my last lease was up but stayed because of the difference in professionalism that has taken place. Township is once again a great place to live.

Top Notch Service and Amenities

Township Apartment Homes are in a very safe neighborhood, they are such cute apartments, just the right size with all the amenities you need. We love the fireplace and the outdoor area, not to mention the nice walking paths. It is so close to amenities such as grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, shopping etc. Sean Brockbank is absolutely amazing! He is so helpful with any questions and quick to respond to emails, etc. This complex actually makes you feel like you are in a family oriented area. We look forward to meeting neighbors at the get togethers they have here. We highly recommend this apartment complex and ask for Sean for top notch service!

Talk to Mr. Brockbank

The complex, facilities, and location are obvious no brainers when deciding on your next lease, but management, especially Sean Brockbank, have been the biggest influencers on my satisfaction with this property. From the moment I called requesting answers and information to a lengthy list of questions, my tour, signing the lease, and living at Township for the last 8 months - Mr. Brockbank has been nothing short of reliable. Welcome Home

My husband and I just signed our second lease in November. This was our first place together. They’ve treated us with the upmost respect. All of the leasing agents are always so attentive. It's good to be home

Furnace problems on 12/26/2018 went to the office to turn in my manitence request talked with laurie Naylor and Sean brockbank such good people they told me they would pass it on to the manitence department.Less than an hour later con and aron from manitence knocked on my door and took care of the problem. Excellent office staff top notch manitence. I no after a long day as I turn into the entrance to the township I find myself saying it's good to be home.

Sean is the Constant

My husband and I have lived at the Township for 6 years and gone through two sales of the complex. Needless to say, the changes have been frustrating at times. If it wasn't for Sean and Laurie in the office the transition to new management would have been harder. Sean always has a friendly greeting and is ready to help. Laurie also has a warm greeting and willing to help however she can. Both Sean and Laurie are true assets to The Township.

Great to My Family

I wanted to write a review of the Township Apartments, I have moved out of the apartments due to buying a home (if I didn't then I would still be there) the office staff are great they have always been so genuine with myself and my family, they will go out of the way to help you and make sure your time at the Township is a wonderful one. I cant recommend them enough, the maintenance team are just wonderful, the office staff will always treat you with the respect that you deserve. I worked with Sean when I moved in and I would say when you call up to the office or you just walk in looking for information, ask FOR HIM. he will make the process of moving an easy one. Loved my two bedroom with a den!

Bought a house and moved out of my apartment a few weeks ago. I lived there for four years and found the area, apartments, and people to be very nice. Perfect Community

This place is amazing!!! The staff is extremely nice and very helpful. This is my very first appartment and they made me feel welcome and right at home! The safety level is 10/10. I have never felt unsafe living here. Neighbors are super quiet and polite. Maintenance is exceptional. They were out at my apartment within 2 days of my request for some things to be fixed. Over all I would highly reccomend this place for a first time renter/ or a seasoned renter! 5 out 5 stars! I am very thankful I have chosen the place to call home!

Would Recommend

Sean and Marissa were both amazing help. Although I did not choose their property as I had another one to choose from, they did their absolute best in assisting me, and answering all of my questions. The property overall is nicely kept, and the newer units are beautiful inside. The clubhouse, gym, tennis court (community amenities) all look appealing. Definitely stop by and chat with any of the staff!

Helpful and Responsive

I lived here for two years. The complex was helpful and responsive with any issues I had. They were fair and friendly when it came time for me to move. I would recommend to family and friends.

Sean is amazing!

when i first walked in I immediately noticed how under control your man in the office had everything under control , I think his name is Sean , second of all let me just say I like the location, if all offices had men like Sean I just have to say buddy the world would be a better place mate also the rest of the staff is amazing there too thanks buddy

Great Community

The maintenance staff is amazing! They respond in a timely matter. The office is great, Marissa is an awesome leasing agent! The grounds are kept nice. The pools,tennis courts and dog park are kept clean and nice. The school district is great.

More Pros Than Cons

I've lived here for about 2 years and the apartments are pretty nice. Great location and good value for the price. Whenever I've had to put in a maintenance request, it is fixed within 24 hours. The two complaints I have is that there are no resident functions/events and there is a lack of communication between management and residents.
