I love living here!
I love living here! The staff has been excellent, maintenance requests are handled with skill and timeliness. The apartments ... are very nice and spatious. The people are friendly and I like that the walls between units seem to be thick so there is not a lot of excess noise. I also like the things that the new property owners are doing. I wanted to write a review about the Township, I have read over the over reviews and I wanted to have my own say. I noticed ... that there was some reviews that were unhappy that they received $100 late charge for being one day late. this isn't the office's fault as it does state in your lease about late charges. I can contest as I have had a few of these. This is not the offices fault but my own we get up until the 5th day to pay the rent and then on the 6th you do receive a late fee if you haven't paid. I will be leaving the Township soon but I wanted to say that the maintenance team are great, If I have ever needed anything Con has always come to fix my issues and he is a really nice man. The office team have always been fair with me, Sean has always been honest with me and Laurie has always been quick to handle any work orders that I may had. The change since the new management has taken over from Trinity is fantastic. I have lived at Township for five years and ... love the complex. Laurie in the office has been professional and has called to make sure any problems I'm having are taken care of. Both Con and Tim with the Maintenance Department have been to my apt numerous times to help me whenever I call. They are the BEST!!! The staff has also done a wellness check on me since I have been diagnosed with Cancer just to make sure that all is well. With the previous group from Trinity I found them unprofessional, mean spirited and rude. I intended to move when my last lease was up but stayed because of the difference in professionalism that has taken place. Township is once again a great place to live. Township Apartment Homes are in a very safe neighborhood, they are such cute apartments, just the right size with all the ... amenities you need. We love the fireplace and the outdoor area, not to mention the nice walking paths. It is so close to amenities such as grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, shopping etc. Sean Brockbank is absolutely amazing! He is so helpful with any questions and quick to respond to emails, etc. This complex actually makes you feel like you are in a family oriented area. If it wasn't for Sean and Laurie in the office the transition to new management would have been harder. Sean always has a friendly greeting and is ready to help. I wanted to write a review of the Township Apartments, I have moved out of the apartments due to buying a home (if I didn't ... then I would still be there) the office staff are great they have always been so genuine with myself and my family, they will go out of the way to help you and make sure your time at the Township is a wonderful one. I cant recommend them enough, the maintenance team are just wonderful, the office staff will always treat you with the respect that you deserve. I worked with Sean when I moved in and I would say when you call up to the office or you just walk in looking for information, ask FOR HIM. he will make the process of moving an easy one. This place is amazing!!! The staff is extremely nice and very helpful. This is my very first appartment and they made me ... feel welcome and right at home! The safety level is 10/10. I have never felt unsafe living here. Neighbors are super quiet and polite. Maintenance is exceptional. They were out at my apartment within 2 days of my request for some things to be fixed.
